Extended Returns

To provide extra peace of mind, we’ve extended our 30 day returns period for the holiday and gifting season. Items bought online between 1st November 2022 and 25th December 2022 can be returned until 31st January 2023. Purchases made after 25th December 2022 fall under our regular 30 day return policy. You are entitled to a full refund on most items provided that they have been returned within 30 days of delivery and adhere to the conditions below. For hygiene reasons, unless the product is found to be faulty, we cannot offer refunds/exchanges on underwear if the original packaging seal has been opened.

Additionally, if you chose an Expedited/Priority delivery service when you purchased, you will be only be refunded the postage cost for our Standard service.

Return conditions

Items that can be returned for a refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving:
  1. Faulty items damaged/broken or soiled upon arrival (must be reported within 7 days of receiving).
  2. Items received in the incorrect size/color.
  3. Unwashed, unworn and unused item(s) that have not met your expectation.
  4. Unopened (This applies to underwear only, unless faulty).

Returns postage costs

All return shipping costs are at the customers expense. This includes the return shipping cost for a return or an exchange. We recommend returning the item(s) to us using a recorded/tracked service, as we cannot provide refunds or exchanges for items not received back.

If a faulty or an incorrect item was supplied by us, then the return postage cost will be refunded once the items have been received back and checked provided an economy recorded/tracked service was used.


How to return your item(s)?

  1. Please ensure the goods being returned have their tags intact and are placed back into their original packaging.
  2. Carefully pack all of the goods being returned into one package. If your order arrived in multiple packages, please combine them into one return package.
  3. Include any original packaging slips or RMA slips (EU/US) within the parcel.
  4. Ensure a note is left within the parcel clearly stating your Order Number(s), E-Mail Address and Delivery Address. Also include whether you require a refund/exchange. Without this, we cannot process the return as we would not be able to identify the order relating to the return parcel.
  5. Send your return package back using an economy recorded/tracked service using the in the next section.

Your returns address will vary based on where your order was delivered to. To avoid any unnecessary customs/duty cost please ensure the correct option below is used.
